Record Genie Ultrasonic Cleaning can now be found at the Record Genie Music & Hi-Fi store in Hollsiton MA, which opened October 5th 2019 and sells records, tapes, CD's, stereo equipment, and some great British candy!

Records take 10 minutes for a $3 single-clean using Audio Desk or Klaudio, or 20 minutes for a $5 double-clean using both machines. New MoFi sleeve included.

Record Flattening Service is also available to record cleaning customers!

I now have a Furutech DF-2 record flattening machine, after originally buying Vinyl Flat plates and being disappointed with the results using their heating pouch.

12" vinyl records only, and Furutech cautions that some records cannot be sucessfully heated and cooled, like severe heat damage, Sheffield Labs, lightweight pressings under 110g.

Please note that this is an additional service is for cleaning customers only, just include the warped record with a note in your next cleaning batch.

Each record must be double-cleaned first, normal charge, then flattening is $15 extra, only payable if the warp/dish is significantly reduced by the 4+ hour heating and cooling process.
